My newborn often struggles to latch as my nipples are quite flat. In a few seconds, this product temporarily makes them more sticky outy and she latches immediately. Using it at the beginning of feeding is fine but I often have to use it again during feeding and that's when it gets messy - it quickly sucks up milk and then immediately releases it when you take it off, so I sometimes end up with milk all over my boob and my baby's face. I wish there was some way to avoid this as it makes me not want to use it.

I bought this as I have inverted nipples, one side more than the other and I was hoping this would help. It does work but if you produce a fast letdown it pulls the milk out and it loses suction.If you're like me, it helps to express for a little bit before you breastfeed to draw out the nipple

Always helps to draw out the nipple (to the extent there's often milk coming out!). Was surprised to see such mixed reviews given the effectiveness and also the fact it was recommended by our midwife.

My son had tongue tie and found it difficult to latch. I hoped this would help draw out my nipple to help but just filled with milk and slid off. Couldn’t use it even tried several times.

It does bring them out but they go straight back in again before you've managed to get the child attached but I suppose that's not the devices fault.

Tiralatte che funziona anche con le cagne di Bulldog inglesi
Ho comprato questo tiralatte per stimolare la montata lattea nella mia femmina di bulldog inglese che non aveva latte per la sua cucciolata. Ero nel panico, i cuccioli eran da allattare uno ad uno con il biberon. Ho utilizzato questo efficacissimo tiralatte ogni giorno per stimolare la montata lattea. Fa molta presa e ha funzionato. Consegna puntualissima il giorno successivo così non ho perso neanche un giorno.

En mi caso me ha resultado muy útil, eso sí os recomendaria la primera vez usar con mucha sutileza ya que la succión es bastante y evertira el pezon inmediatamente, y puede ser raro si es la primera vez que lo haces. De resto genial, me ayudo a que mi bebé cogiera mejor el pecho e incluso para ponerme mejor el sacaleches.

My newborn often struggles to latch as my nipples are quite flat. In a few seconds, this product temporarily makes them more sticky outy and she latches immediately. Using it at the beginning of feeding is fine but I often have to use it again during feeding and that's when it gets messy - it quickly sucks up milk and then immediately releases it when you take it off, so I sometimes end up with milk all over my boob and my baby's face. I wish there was some way to avoid this as it makes me not want to use it.
