I enjoy pellet smoking tons of meats just about every weekend. Good product!

i haven't used it as a rub yet, but it was good on saurkraut, a small amount added to a corn bread recipe, and it corrected an off taste in something else that I've forgotten what it was, but the point is that a little can be just what you need in many different ways.

Great flavor for grilled chicken!
