Being Samsonite, I did have complete confidence the product would perform well. My faith has been completely lost though following using it on a windy day, the first time when I had ever used it in such conditions. Unfortunately a gust of wind blew it inside out and broke one of the supports rendering it useless. Given the umbrella had only been used a handful of times, and this was the first time it had been tested, I was shocked at how easily it broke. If you want a strong umbrella, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The umbrella came without the original cover and I am not sure if this is a new item or one that someone has previously returned

First umbrella was missing its cover and was obviously a return as it was screwed up and poorly packaged. Replacement was dispatched same day and was fine.

Bought this product and a slight gust of wind turned in inside out and it broke.I sent it back, a month later Samsonite contacted me and offered me an alternative product which was £10 cheaper. They did not offer (I did ask) to reinstate the short fall in cost and postage costs. Terrible product not fit for purpose and customer service was not empathetic and dreadful.They should stick to suitcases only.

Samsonite Guarda-chuva Windguard
Produto excelente, Samsonite é bem conhecida por ser uma marca com produtos bem durável, tenho uma mala da marca e por esse motivo me interessou comprar o guarda-chuva até o presente momento não tive a oportunidade de usar o guarda-chuva mais o produto aparenta ser bem resistente e que protege bem, porém na descrição fala que o guarda-chuva abre e fecha automático e não é verdade, pra fechar tem que acionar o botão e com a mão fazer força para baixo até dá um click na trava isso requer esforço, então por esse motivo deixa a desejar pra deixar bem claro para todos antes de comprar.
