Most plastic tubs seem to be designed for sandwiches, so wide and not very tall... which is not suitable for a lot of other uses. These are almost perfect cubes, which means they're much more flexible. We using them to store everything from teabags and mini jams/sauces, to D-clips and S-hooks. I'd prefer it if the plastic was clear rather than frosted (so the contents could easily be seen from outside), but these are the closest I've found to what I wanted, so I'm happy enough with labelling them.

Never thought I'd say that a new set of tupperware would change my life but it certainly changed my freezer. Super quality, sturdy, go through the dishwasher fine, and fit perfectly in my freezer drawers. They have created / saved so much space in my freezer and I am so much better organised. Wish I had got them sooner. Not cheap but worth every penny. Went on to buy a second set plus a set of shallower ones.

These are good size boxes and convenient to store in fridge or freezer. There are smaller ones which take the same lids. You can store a stew for a couple of people in one of these 1.2l boxes. The different coloured lids help identify the contents quickly when there are several in the freezer. They wash well in the dishwasher and can be used to cook in the microwave. The boxes are slightly floppy when they have hot food in them but with a little care are fine to handle. The lids are not completely watertight so don't tip them over just to get them in the freezer but as long as they stay upright they are very useful storage boxes. Before I have used "Chinese" type food boxes but these work much better all round and the different colour lids is a useful extra. Pity there aren't more than the 4 colours supplied. They stack well and the lids are interchangeable between the 1.2l version and the .75l version which is very handy. They also stack two deep in the larger section of the fridge which makes good use of the fridge capacity.

Thèse products have made my life so much easier. I use them to store raw dog food in the freezer and the fridge. They make the whole process more hygienic and they can be washed in the dishwasher so saves me time and effort. 5 dogs make a lot of work !
