Edit. Just noticed that the item now for sale isn't the same as what I purchased or reviewed. Mine was for TENS and EMS.I use this to try and ease pain following a ruptured disk and whilst I was awaiting surgery. You need to play around with the electrode placements and settings to get the desired effect. I found that it eased the pain by blocking or interfering with the signal going to my brain, but when it stopped, the pain came back. Not saying it doesn't work, but I think for severe pain only strong drugs or corrective surgery will stop or ease pain for longer.You can adjust the strength of the pulse, the speed in which it fires on and off so it feels like tapping to buzzing and you can control the pause between pulse sessions.You do need to be careful using this as you could cause permanent nerve damage. I would also suggest speaking to a GP before using this especially if you have any actual or suspected heart problems.Runs off a 9v battery (supplied). Leads and pads supplied. I would recommend buying good quality pads as cheap ones fail after a few uses and as they dry out the electric pulses do not carry through the skin so well.

At £23.00 this is a great EMS machine. In my opinion it's the best in its price range and out performs many more expensive machines. At under thirty quid delivered it's unbelievably good value.It has two channels each powering two electrodes (so you can use up to four electrode pads). I've pasted the specs below because they don't appear on the Bolo site.Whether you are muscle building or reviving injured or wasting muscle groups, this is well worth a try. It also comes with a booklet which recommends where to place the electrodes. I found experimenting on myself the best way to get going. With practice you can get the electrodes on in under two minutes and you can get them off in the same time. You can clip the machine easily to trouser tops and move around pretty well while shocking yourself; it's a good machine and the service from Medfit and Bolo was excellent.Finally you can buy new Medfit electrode pads from Bolo. This is a life changing device!!! Helps to relieve lower back pain due to L4/L5 disc bulge. Easy to use and maintain, extra pads not that expensive and they do last long time. Highly recommended!!!

what a great little muscle stimulator! i started to use it as soon as it arrived! and the results are great! i have a body tek muscle machine but it take to long to set it up! but this little tens machine takes only a minite to set up and i can move about with ease! a fantastic machine from med-fit the tens+ company a great product and service from seller!
