Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin provides an easily absorbed form of glucosamine at the daily level used in published research. Glucosamine Sulphate: The glucosamine in Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin is present in the preferred potassium form for improved absorption. Each tablet provides 663mg Glucosamine Sulphate 2Kcl. This equates to 500mg Glucosamine Sulphate (or 393mg glucosamine) per tablet when utilised by the body. Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin contains glucosamine sourced from natural chitin. Chondroitin Sulphate (soluble): Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin contains a high quality LMW (low molecular weight) form of Chondroitin. Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin may be taken by men and women of all ages. Ultra Glucosamine and Chondroitin is recommended with a balanced diet, rich in fish oil.

Before I started taking these tablets my joints would ache for a few days after doing any gardening or cleaning that used muscles I wouldn’t normally use but after taking these tablets I find my joints still ache but only for a day instead of several days. I have always suffered from stiff, aching joints after any unusual use but a definite improvement from these tablets. They did take a few months to work.

Quality capsules and like them better than other glucosamine/chondroitin caps. However, I have been taking these for a month and see no improvement so not sure whether any glucosamine caps work or not for joints!

I have grade 3 wear on one knee, no cartelidge and an artificial cruciate ligament. This has really helped but you MUST take it daily for a couple of months to feel the benefits. They do work!
