Everbuild Everflex 200 Contractors is a certified low modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant that contains an anti-fungal compound to protect the sealant against growth of bacteria, mildew and black mould, commonly found in areas of high humidity. As a result, this silicone sealant is ideal for sealing around baths, showers, basins and other bathroom items. Also use Everflex 200 to seal around worktops, laminates and doorframes. This silicone sealant can also be used for joining aluminium and other metals for example, sealing aluminium guttering. Everflex 200 is also suitable for use as an adhesive for fixing PVCu trims, cladding and panels as its permanently flexible formula can withstand the expansion and shrinkage PVCu often experiences with temperature change. If required, this product can also be used for general draughtproofing.
