I am qualifying the title by pointing out that I had searched Bolo for "hardback wirebound lined notebooks" specifically. I don't think it's necessarily the seller's wording that made me believe it was hardback, but it didn't do a lot to dissuade me of the matter especially as I was in a hurry. Having said that, they are not paperback or thin card, they flex but there is strength in them. I had exactly the same problem with a different make with identical qualities (probably the same company even if it's not obvious...), so I think it's something that Bolo should look into. Please note which type of cover each one has.The paper itself is pretty nice. Not top quality but absolutely not bad! Good value for money and ideal for school, uni, etc.I'm keeping them all, with just a mental note to be more careful with reading the description in future. If it doesn't say hardback specifically, I won't get it.

Nice design, paper feels nice quality and cover is wipeable and slightly thicker. Spiral bound keeps your notes all held together. Great value.

Writing stuff down is a key strategy to, well, life at the moment, and I find I rip through the reporter-style notepads in record time. I wanted something a bit more pleasing to the eye, easier to use and just generally nicer than a scrappy notepad.There were perfect.While I wish there were more themes for the covers, these weren't bad at all, and feature spiral bound A4 pages, lined on both sides, that can be removed along the perforations to file or whatever, or left in place as required.The paper is good quality and easy to write on, whether using biro, pencil, whatever. And you get 4 for the price of 1 pukka pad. I've very happy with them - 2 in use and 2 for another time. Making lists has rarely been as satisfying!

I got this A4 notebook, but the quality is subpar. The pages rip easily and come loose quickly. I wouldn’t recommend it.
