Overall, these are good DPNs. They feel solid and well made and have a nice, sharp point on them. The only thing I don't like is that they have a slight matte finish on them that affects the texture and how the yarn slides. It almost makes the yarn feel like it sticks or squeaks - how I imagine cotton yarn feels, even though I'm using 100% wool. Anyway, they're still good needles and I'll keep them; it doesn't affect their usability, just how much I enjoy using them.Edit: Have been using them for several weeks now. Still not crazy about the finish, but it does get better/wear away a bit with use.
