This magnesium gluconate is the best magnesium supplement i have found. Fairly neutral in the body [not strongly alkali as is magnesium citrate] & totally free from additives exactly as stated. In my experience it's perfect for 'restless leg syndrome' or cramp .. even to stop a migraine in its tracks ! For the swiftest help, simply empty a capsule under your tongue, or dissolve contents in warm water to sip & hold in your mouth for a while before swallowing. To keep your levels up generally, open & sprinkle a capsule over any food. Thank you Health Leads for a superb product !!NOTE : Taken along with vitamin B6 helps too, even with 'P5P' a readily absorbable form of B6 : )

One would need to take about 16 capsules per day of this product to get a daily recommended dose (400mg) of magnesium!

I bought this product as I didn't want to experience the diarrhea which I tend to get with the far cheaper magnesium oxide, however they didn't prevent night time cramp, so they are obviously not strong enough, I'm also confused about the exact amount of magnesium this tablet gives, the description states 27mg of elemental magnesium per 500mg, which doesn't seem much. To prevent the cramp I'm afraid I've had to resort to buying the magnesium oxide after all, and am glad to say my cramp has stopped, such a shame when this seems such a good tablet (no mag stearates etc) however an expensive mistake when money is so tight!

I purchased from this company as the supplements are free from nasties such as magnesium Stearate. I got them for my daughter as she is deficient in magnesium and one other mineral. It is difficult to say if this one is making a difference, as she is taking several supplements. Overall her health has improved since taking this and the other supplements.

I was recommended this product as I have for many years had issues with sleeping. I was advised to take two capsules approx. 2 hours before going to bed an have found that I have definitely been sleeping better. Whilst it is not down to this product solely, as I have also been eating a cleaner diet and doing regular exercise, I'm sure it has helped.
