I looked at several on line and went for this one, based on price and the feedback others have given. I'm delighted with it; I use it regularly on my back, hamstrings and IT band. Plenty of ideas for use on Pinterest and you tube. I love the smaller size (length) as it can be within reach in the living room without being 'in your face'' therefore I use it more often. This is a sturdy, quality item at a very reasonable price....highly recommended.

Size: As described, smaller than most foam rollers on the market. Good for transport but not too small that can cause problems when attempting to roll,Overall Product: Definitely worth buying, probably not as a first foam roller as it is a much more intense massage than some others on the market and the discomfort can take some getting used to. I tend to use a softer one first before progressing to using this one but that depends if I've been exercising that day or not. Looks to be fairly hard-wearing, due to its firmness it shouldn't wear down quickly. Much easier to use than a hockey/lacrosse ball to roll out muscles with and the vari-massage and firmness of this roller are extremely helpful. Would recommend this to those looking for a foam roller.

Really great product. It's a strong, well made item which works effectively to relieve muscle aches and stress.Personally, I'm a 20 year who gets muscular back pains after going to the gym.However, I would comment that the nodules on the roller are in an odd pattern, making it harder to get used to. Less flexible people may find it a harder roller to use. For these people, try to ind a roller with a consistent patterning of nodules.But for me, it is a great product and a seriously good price!

After a tough session at personal training, even after being stretched out, the next day can be a bit of a killer. This roller looses the muscles back up nicely and also helps to improve flexibility. Wouldn't be without this again. It's variable pattern really helps get into the muscle and relieve pain and also help to prevent injury from tight muscles.

I learn jiujitsu and go to the gym, and so get aching muscles, especially my back (compounded by a day job at a computer desk). Foam rollers are good to 'iron out' the kinks after a workout and are good to use before a workout to get the muscles ready to perfom.The pro to the size is that it fits into my gymbag without any problem, but on the other hand when using it, especially across my back and shoulders, I am wider than the roller and find it awkward to keep in position.

A foam roller on steroids. Fits nicely in the gym bag and very useful at getting all those little knots out. Adds a new dimension of "discomfort " and pain in comparison to a pain roller but certainly works a treat for me.

C'est un peu trop ferme pour moi. Pour se rouler le dos ça n'est pas assez souple (pas ou pas assez de mousse), c'est un tube très rigide. Il est aussi un peu trop étroit.

La jonction en plastique entre les 2 parties du rouleau fait vraiment mal à la colonne vertébrale.Je pense que la mousse n'est pas assez épaisse.Sinon bonne réception du produite comme d'habitude.
