You can't usually buy Gemelli in the usual supermarkets. It's brilliant with any recipes where you'd normally use Fusilli shaped pasta. That said its quite delicate so I personally choose not to use it with a heavier meat ragu. It cooks beautifully and a has a good texture - not too starchy or hard. An excellent brand.

This is a top-quality organic spaghetti with great texture and flavour. It cooks perfectly al dente every time, holding its shape and bite beautifully. I recently served it with a spicy homemade tomato sauce using organic San Marzano tomatoes, and it was exactly the kind of pasta you want as the base—robust, but not overpowering.Garofalo has become one of my favourite spaghetti brands, and I’ll continue purchasing it when the price is right. Highly recommended for anyone who values both flavour and consistency.

Authentic pasta made in Italy with real, natural ingredients - not the stuff you get in supermarkets.Incredible value for money and tastes amazing. You notice the difference, and cook time is same as other “fake” pasta.Been using this brand for 2 years now for full family, especially my children who I want to eat better than I ever did!
