Sweetex sweeteners are calorie free. Easy to use press the top of the tube and one comes out at the bottom of the tube. Sweetex beverages instead of sugar is a part of a healthy lifestyle. The taste is good a very small size tablet so one tube lasts months at a time. Value for money pleased with the purchase.
