This is the second time I am receiving this item packaged ‘naked’.Whatever happened to effective customer service or shall I say basic common sense. If I ordered this as a gift that’s how everyone in my household would have seen what it is as it was not packaged in anything. Just came in a see-through thin cellophane. Item itself has an okay fit, thankfully I went with M which fitted me perfectly because it feels like an L…

Lasted 18 months. Zip has ripped from seam. Not worth it.

Awful Quality. Size large felt like a extra large , the zip was broken and the emblem was like a sticker which will rub off very soon, the whole jacket feels very poor quality and seems like a cheap made anorak. I couldn't be bithered sending it back as didnt fancy posting back to the US for £23
