this is an absolutely magical item. Good price but well made. Does everything well. Smoothies, hot chocolate, grinding (peppercorns turn to cracked or dust in moments/seconds). 6 stars

I don't know what to say about these product. It is easy to use, easy to clean but the quality is not the best. The knifes are great, but I wouldn't recommend them for ice or dough. It does amazing juice and if you want to cut vegetables it cuts them way to small in my opinion. I used them for nuts and coffee grounds and I was satisfied. Doesn't look very sturdy but is good quality for the price.

THIS PRODUCT IS A DANGER TO THE KITCHEN IT SMELLED TERRIBLY BAD AS SOON AS I TURNED IT ON THE PLASTIC PRODUCTS ARE NOT EVEN OF GOOD QUALITY, DO NOT BUY IT, APART FROM BURNING MOTORS AND HOT BASE YOU WOULD GET NOTHING, THIS WILL NOT SERVE AS A JUICER, CONSIDER IT JUST A SMOOTHIE MAKER WITH TERRIBLE BURNING SMELLS AND POSSIBLY SMOKE. DO NOT BUY THIS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RETURNED THE SAME DAY AND HATED IT. And have a look at the power cable quality you will understand why this is such a terrible item!You can notice the power plug is even loose. the cable is of terrible quality. (video attached)

I am using this product since one and a half year. It is as new as it was on the first day(obviously I take care of it). I use this for my banana smoothy which I have everyday(every weekday). I also use it for making onion/tomato paste, ginger/garlic paste etc(by using liquid blade). It grinds nuts finely(by using flat blade). Even made cold coffee and it grinds ice nicely. Haven't tried Indian hard spices(like dried turmeric or dry ginger) but goes well with soft spices like clove, cardamon, coriander seeds or cumin seeds. Jars and blade are easy to clean(though the juicer is difficult/cumbersome to clean - honestly I never make juice at home). You can also make a dosa batter in it(the paste wont be as fine as it is in the Indian grinders though). Size wise its cute and pretty. Machine does not occupy much space on my platform.

Very impressed with this. It comes with:2 blades for different usage1 Jug1 Juicer option2 types of lid (one with a stirrer/plunger to help push down you blend)2 containers (which the blades can screw onto and can be used to blend with instead of the jug for smaller items)I've only used it for blending baby food and its worked like a treat with different speed settings. Its plastic not glass but seems to withstand almost boiling water from the hob. Apparently it can blend ice or coffee beans but i've not needed to do this. only downside is it can be noisy when blending but if you want a silent blender you will need to spend double elsewhere. So i think this is excellent value and a great blender especially if you're weaning your baby.

This was great while it lasted. We purchased this product on 16th feb 2016. It worked well. It didn't blend amazingly well, but did the job.It stopped working on 3rd March 2018. The light on the dial comes on and sometimes blinks, but the motor doesn't spin.I contacted the seller, in this case DOMU UK (as I couldn't find a number for VonShef). And because I'm out of warranty they said there was nothing I could do about it. If it had stopped working and I contacted them by 15th Feb 2018 they would have sent a replacement, but I'm about 2 weeks late.Bottom line... decent blender, but if you're looking for something longer lasting I may try elsewhere.

After reading alot of reviews and comparing products from various sites, I finally decided to get this product! I'm trying be healthier and cut down on bottled drinks and I felt that having a blender/juicer/smoothie/milkshake maker would help me out!I'm 21 and I've never used a blender/smoothie maker before so I was happy that the instructions were illustrated and straightforward, and there were even some recipes included to get you started. Everything was easy to assemble and use!All the components are lightweight and not too large so they can be stored away easily. I like that there are two cups included with lids, and the smoothie and grinder jars can also be used for storage. I tend to make different juices in one night and store them in the fridge for the next few days to save on time.Delivery was also prompt, and I received the box within 2 days after purchase despite an estimated waiting time of approximately 5 days.I can see myself continuing to use this product religiously to make healthy drinks! I'm also pleasantly surprised that it's also encouraging me to use fruits and vegetables that I don't usually consume, eg., I don't eat pears due to the texture and taste but that's a thing of the past once it's blended with other fruits!
