Banza chickpea pasta is tasty but without enriched or bleached flour products. I use this for all my pasta dishes and really the taste is so close, I cannot tell the difference. Recommend for a healthier choice, high in protein and fiber; low in sodium, sugar and added ingredients; is gluten free and vegan. Very reasonably priced too.
Best Gluten Free Protein Pasta
If you have been searching for a gluten free pasta, this is very good, has almost the same texture as regular pasta.However, if you don't have gluten sensitivities (I personally do not) and are just looking for a protein pasta, I would suggest the Barilla Protein pasta. Same amount of calories and protein, and I cant tell the difference from regular pasta, even thought it contains chickpeas and other bean products.Either way, it is a decent choice. Cook it for a lot less time than reg pasta and watch closely, or it will break apart and is not pleasant
