Nothing to dislike, love this product as I said earlier, it is delicious. It is sweet, with a great consistency and. a real bite of ginger. Even better, I got 6 jars for less than the price I paid for 2 jars of the product I used to buy.

I love the flavour of this preserve & I spread it on toast, if you like marmalade you’ll love this. The pack of 6 is reasonably priced compared to some other brands so I will be buying some more when my supply runs out

This ginger jam is really good, I eat it on porridge and yoghurt use it for cake fillings etc., I always order it six jars at a time, last time the packaging was flimsy, just bubble wrap in a brown paper bag, which is why two jars came broken. What a mess! Jam all over the unbroken jars and broken glass. I have filed a complaint to Bolo but they say this item cannot be returned, any ideas what to do?

I should have read earlier reviews, because this seems to be a regular occurance.One jar was literally smashed to pieces because the packaging was minimal and not correct for glass jars. I'm lucky I didn't badly cut my fingers or hand whilst trying to sort this out, only to find out this item is not eligible for return. I actually wonder why?Anyway, the product itself is OK, but quite sweet and sugary, and could do with being more gingerified.Also, I now find that I can buy a superior product at my local branch of a well known supermarket who's name won't be posted here, but starts with an 'M' at a lower price.In short I won't be buying this again and recommend other ginger lovers to search elsewhere.
