    I presume that they contain all of the vitamins and minerals they say they do. Tablets are really small, less than half the size of previous multivitamins I've had so are very easy to swallow which is good.

    Easy to swallow and cheap, but they really smell bad. I grab them in the morning and put them in my pocket along with other vitamins to take a little later and they stink out my pocket really bad. Even holding them for a few seconds makes my hand stink and it's not a nice smell at all. They taste horrible too if you don't manage to get them swallowed pretty sharpish.The container they're in is also annoying as I always end up with about 8 vitamins coming out into my hand. I'll probably not be buying these again because of the smell though.

    Has everything I need for a person who doesn't go out or get much sunlight.. However they sink and taste really bad.. Coating these would go a long way..
