Brilliant stuff.We use it in the bath for dry skin conditions and it helps tremendously - there isn't any smell, it simply melts to an oil, the bath is left with a wee bit residue though so it does need a quick wipe at end of bath occasionally. When coming out of a bath after using a few pieces of this, my skin feels like I've slathered on lots of really good moisturiser - my skin is very hydrated and smooth without needing to apply additional products. It does seem to leave a thin layer on you, but it doesn't feel residual like you've got too much oil on, you don't feel greasy. I wash my hair in the bath water and my hair never comes out greasy either - seems to fend away the hardness off the water, even seems to make shaving a bit smoother.Really worth buying.

Bought this to make scented massage candles as it was the best value for money I could find at the time. It has a milder chocolate smell than other cocoa butters I’ve tried so doesn’t overpower the fragrance oil I add to my products. Only small downside is that I find this cocoa butter tricky to cut and measure in very precise amounts because it comes in fairly large solid chunks. Overall am very pleased with purchase.

Ho testato la qualità dei prodotti The Soapery con il burro di karité, straordinario.Pertanto, quando è stato il momento di ripristinare le scorte del burro di cacao, non ho esitato un istante e sono andata diretta sulla stessa marca. Aspettative confermate: il prodotto è eccellente sia usato puro che mescolato ad altri elementi naturali per cosmetici più complessi, come per esempio in combinazione col burro di karité. Come ripeto sempre: medicus curat, natura sanat. Se un prodotto è veramente puro, dà e deve dare risultati immediati (in assenza di patologie). In questo caso, siamo nel campo della cosmetica e questo burro è straordinario. Ne faccio due formati, mantenendone sempre quella certa consistenza per permettermi di dargli la forma che voglio, ma perché a me piace così: 1) puro in stick, come cura d'urto per andare a lavorare di precisione su zone circoscritte che si segnano con più facilità (contorno occhi, contorno labbra, gomiti, ginocchia, ecc.); 2) composto con altri elementi naturali per creare "panetti" da usare per il corpo sia su pelle asciutta che umida (forma alla "come mi gira": dal più classico parallelepipedo, all'ovoidale, al creativo con stampi).Azione profondamente idratante, rimpolpante e liftante. Esempio pratico per far capire: lo mettete la sera sul contorno occhi, un bello strato generoso, morbido e sensuale. Ve lo godete, massaggiandolo per bene, compiendo piccoli cerchietti dall'interno verso l'esterno e poi picchiettando (con delicatezza!!! È una coccola!) sempre dall'interno verso l'esterno. Il burro di cacao ha la caratteristica di venire "divorato" dalla pelle, quindi, si assorbe subito e non unge; ma, io vi consiglio di usare questa routine come una magnifica, sacrosanta scusa per starci quanto vi pare a darvi coccole! 😎Il mattino seguente vedrete già la pelle più tonica. Dopo tre giorni cambia anche il colorito, che appare più sano e meno "smorto-effetto-smog". Dopo una settimana è "wow"! 😁Vale per uomini e donne, le rughe vengono a tutti senza sconti. Madre Natura è estremamente equanime. Leviamoci i luoghi comuni dalla testa ed evolviamo!In conclusione, prodotto ottimo che stra-consiglio!
