I've been using this Vitamin D for several years. As someone of Asian origin who is very careful to minimise their sun exposure, I make sure to supplement this vitamin in order to prevent deficiency (which is fairly common in my family). This is very easy to take - a quick quirt in the mouth every morning and it tastes pleasant (sweet mint flavour). My vitamin D levels are in the normal range, and I'm sure this has helped keep them there. Incidentally I have bought the lower dose version of this for my daughter (the one with the blue label) and that doesn't taste very pleasant - sadly she refused to take it! But this one is a great option for adults!

Best value for money around!Swear by the dlux 3000 now. Really has helped with my Vit D deficient kids!! Serious an excellent product - no hassle, good tasting, easy to use.

Tastes minty. I squirt in my cheek. My levels were way below normal and as my surgery will not provide vitamins etc. I've not had a blood test since so can't really tell you any more.
