I have arthritis everywhere, but particularly in my shoulder and lower back, so decided to give this a try. I can honestly say when I spray it on my shoulder I do get relief from the pain. I find it rather difficult to use it on my lower back, but when I have used it I found some relief. I will continue using this product rather than taking tablets.

I have had knee pain for years and every now and again it flares up which it did this week. So as usual none at home and had to wait for this to be delivered. Purchased 4 cans for £18 which I thought was expensive but when you are in pain you pay the price. This product is better than some of the other makes on the markets and does sooth the pain for a while so will need reapplying periodically. I found it difficult to apply for two reasons, angle for example from behind the knee and secondly when the can is low it only sprays at an upright angle. Solution if possible ask someone else to do it for you. Also try not to breathe in the sprays and if you do touch the treated area with your hands/fingers dont touch your mouth or eyes its not nice.

Its not a painkiller, but does give relief for my arthritis in my wrists. Fairly easy to use if you have problems with your wrists, you have to be "creative" in holding and spraying at same time

I have used similar once's in the past and they had better pain relief than this particular one. It does provide some level of comfort but not the greatest.
