It lasts 6 months after opening which is good. Doesn't sting your eyes just makes them feel more comfortable. Works well if used daily.

Excellent value at 3 for the price of two. Two boxes were a little squashed but it’s a great product for dry eyes and will last till November 2027.

Although these are expensive, they give a very nice cool sensation. I used them initially on recommendation from a specialist doctor, I had an eye infection with pretty bad dry eye that had worsened from allergies. The eye infection was pretty nasty and with fusidic acid viscous eye drops to clear the infection, it lasted months and had to get specialist help. The specialist had said I had very very dry eyes.Once the infection cleared I still had tiny white bits on the corner of my eyes, which I learned was from my allergies not the infection. This was good for comfort during infection and after my infection just for my allergies (allergic to dust) and they work nicely. I still use them today and I find my eyes feel much more comfortable, would highly recommend it for long term use. If you're going to use them I'd also recommend to use before applying any kind of moisturiser on your face/near your eyes or around your eye lids, cause you can get a stinging sensation when moisturiser gets in your eyes.The drops are very easy to use, it comes with a plastic cap that you take off and tilt your head back, lift down your lower lid and press the base of the bottle with the other hand and it drops nicely into your eye. I usually use them 1-2 times a day.Good luck all, and I hope all your eyes are in a good condition after using this.

I have undergone LASIK surgery. Before the surgery I was looking for a product that uses high hyaluronic acid (aka Sodium hyaluronate which is the salt from hyaluronic acid) as the main ingredient and free from preservatives.I specifically purchased this URSAPHARM product distributed by Scope because of the ingredients which is not available in the United States. Hylo-Forte is the same Product Hylo Gel that is sold in Germany, but shipping from UK to United States was cheaper.The ingredients in Hylo-Forte (AKA Hylo Gel): 2mg Sodium hyaluronate (0.2%), Citric Acid Anhydrous, sodium citrate, sorbitol, and water.The product that is made by this manufacture for the United States market is Optase Hylo Relief. Ingredients: 0.25% glycerin, Borax, Boric Acid, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Sodium hyaluronate (unknown Percentage from the box), water.Another option someone might want to try, but I have not is Thealoz duo.
