This worked like magic and brought relief from the severe dry eye following surgery. It was difficult to dispense a single drop but it was cooling and soothing. I was waking up with clear and painless eyes. By the time I got near the end of the tube my morning symptoms returned with a vengeance. Upon reading the ingredients I realised that the product was not preservative free. I have had to discontinue use and find a preservative free alternative. If you can tolerate preservatives it is about the best thing you can use!

I have suffered with dry eyes since getting laser eye surgery, and also have a health condition which makes me eyes dry. These gel drops are great, they feel like they do more than liquid drops and I prefer the tube to a tiny bottle that is easily lost. I do find it a little uncomfortable at times when I initially put the gel in my eye, due to the consistency but they do work better than liquid drops.

This is an inexpensive, effective gel for dry eye, as good as any I've paid a lot more for.I knocked off a star because it's quite difficult to dispense one drop of gel, it's taken me a while to get the hang of it and even now there are times I end up wearing it.Also I've found these do leave the eyes blurred for a good 15 minutes after applying, so bare that in mind when using.Having said all that I would still repurchase because they help with the dry eye.

Do get these from the doctors but the pharmacy always say there's a shortage and they can not get them but woo I can get three at once off Bolo crazy hay

I suffer from post menopausal dry eye syndrome and before using this gel, even using eye drops, my eyes were really sore when waking up. They were so painful that I sometimes had difficulty actually opening them (a hazardous nuisance when stumbling to the loo in the middle of the night!).Now I squeeze a drop of this gel into each eye after I have finished reading and before going to sleep and I have literally never experienced dry eye syndrome since using the gel. I still use eye drops in the morning because I place a contact lens into one of my eyes after my shower but I am incredibly impressed with the Clinitas gel.
