Thought I'd try matcha as the rumours say it gives you the buzz of coffee without the down later. Yeah, there is no down. There is no up either. I've increased to twice what the packet says and get zero buzz whatsoever. The taste ain't bad but if you're looking for something to get you going in the morning, stick to coffee.
