Hard to say what's a placebo affect and what's this lotion but I feel i ache less where I apply it regularly and sleep a bit better. It's got a bit of a funny after feel though and I wouldn't say it's that moisturising so not sure how much it's helped with dry skin but I didn't really buy it for that purpose. Would need to use a bitnlonger before deciding if it's worth buying again, but for the price I'm not sure I would.

A lovely lotion, pleasant to use. Still early days but seems to have alleviated some cramping. No scent which is ideal & not sticky to use. This product was recommended by a family member who used it during pregnancy.

We got this for our toddler who was struggling with sleeping through the night. We have been using it for a number of months now and can honestly say it makes a real difference. She is now sleeping through the night and asks for it as part of her nighttime routine.Will buy again.
