I purchased these after nearly going insane with regular peri/ meno night sweats, night after night, sometimes 5-6 a night. Causing a severe lack of sleep.I didn’t really expect them to work immediately, if at all. But on the 1st night, I only had 1 night sweat, a couple on the 2nd night and on the last 3 nights, no sweats at all.I have also swapped my bedtime decaf cup of tea for peppermint tea. (It could be that!)It’s early days of taking the 1000mg sage ultra tablets , but I’m elated to have a few nights of undisturbed good sleep!

Purchased these for my neighbour who's 80 as he gets hot flushes in the night, he said they've been working very well, he takes a lot of medication for other ailments and wanted something that was a natural alternative. Fully recommended.

This worked for a couple of months then, because I resented paying £4.95 for 30 tablets, I decided to try other brands! The other brands didn’t work so I decided to try these Sage tablets again! I tried these for 1 more month but they didn’t work this time!😕I happened to see a very brief YT video clip about cucumbers so decided to give it a try. I am soooo thankful I did🎉 No more hot flushes💥 I buy cucumber smoothie drinks from the supermarkets and they are a great help.🤗 So much so that I don’t buy ANY supplements for hot flashes/flushes any more🎉 (See my other review for Chelated Boron for more details).29.Dec.2022 UPDATEThe cucumber drinks phase didn’t last too long because it’s expensive to buy and a faff to make my own. I still do make it myself but not very often!What I’ve found is that Moringa powder, drank as a tea, has greatly reduced the night sweats! No longer do I wake up during the night, drenched.🤗 For that I am grateful to God for because I didn’t buy the Moringa powder for that reason, I bought it for my hair! My skin is also less dry than it was before drinking Moringa. It tastes horrible to me when hot or warm, so I wait for it to get cold then drink it. I only drink 1/2 a mug of bottle water with a quarter teaspoon of Moringa. I will increase to a full mug with 1/2 teaspoon in 2023. I use Snapes Organic Moringa Powder bought it from Bolo.13 Jan 2024 UPDATEFor the first time in over 2 years I can wear long sleeves again💥 I’m now drinking Moringa Tea powder about 2 sometimes 3 times a week (before I was drinking it daily). I have 1/2 teaspoon in 1/2 a mug of water as it still tastes vile🫣

These have worked for me and I'm getting very few hot flushes now. I was getting multiple every night which were massively disrupting my sleep and I'd be dripping in sweat and anxious. I'd say these started working brilliantly halfway through my second packet. Just started my third packet. And they are gvfm.

My introduction to the start of menopause was full blown insomnia, night sweats and day hot and cold flashes. In fact I spent so much of my time soaked in sweat that then caused a chill that I came down with two colds in the space of 4 weeks. Things were looking pretty hellish between the embarrassment of being literally dripping with sweat for what seemed to be the entire day and night, to the point where I'd just stopped any social activity at all. Three or four showers and clothes changes a day, and night and a constant feeling of discomfort. I was taking sage that I'd paid three times as much for and it did nothing so was beginning to think that it just didn't work for me. Then I found this and it's been a revelation. 8 days in and I'm down to two hot flashes a day, usually when I'm having a cup of tea, and maybe one at night. It would seem that the torment is over and the relief is enormous. I'm getting my life back and am able to function without the terrible discomfort of feeling like a creature from the menopausal lagoon every time I move, sit down, eat, drink or generally breathe. So very grateful and this is now one of my absolute essentials for however long it takes to get through this.

Sage always floats to the top. The downside is that sage also contains thujone, which is toxic in certain amounts (convulsant and neurotoxic). Maybe you've noticed. Regular sage makes me ill. One of the only sage supplements without harmful thujone. This along with Swanson Hibiscus supplements have reduced my hot flashes by 80 percent.
