I only purchased a 2 week supply of these tablets, but within a week I could see a bit of weight coming off and after 2 weeks I have definitely shed a few pounds. They also work as an effective appetite suppressant and because of the glazing they don't have the bitter taste that some other brands of green tea tablets have. I would definitely purchase these again.
