Was told that Chia seeds help to keep you full and because I am trying to change the way I eat, I decided to buy these.Arrived quickly and I like the bag the seeds are in which is resealable.I have been adding the seeds to my breakfast shakes and I also sprinkle them over my dinner.Now I don't know how Chia Seeds are supposed to taste because this is the 1st time I am using them but they don't have much of a taste to me. But then again the flavour of the othet ingredients may have over powered the taste of the Chia seeds.I have read that they have good health benefits but I really only wanted them so I can feel fully for longer and therefore prevent me from picking at foods unnecessarily.The price for this bag is very good from my searching. Seems to work out more in the supermarkets.Only thing I really dislike which isn't a great problem but they get stuck in between your teeth.Ok if I am at home but maybe a bit embarrassing if out and about walking around with black seeds stuck between your teeth at the front of your mouth.Not sure whether I am actually staying fully for longer or if I am just making more conscious decisions but I am not picking as much as before.Overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Je prends régulièrement des graines de chia pour la digestion quand je me sens un petit peu ballonné c'est très efficace riche en fibres et en protéines.Ce qui concerne cet article les graines sont de bonne qualité elle gonfle bien quand on les met dans l'eau elle fait bien son rôle de coupe-faim et aide à la digestion bon produit je recommande.
