I have Parkinson's Disease and the many things that go alongside this. One of the more recent issues has been quite serious leg twitching as I fall asleep RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). My doctor put me on a highly potent drug with many possible side effects which may prevent the twitching. I didn't like the sound of it so set off in search of an alternative, I read that RLS may be caused by lack of Electrolytes. I saw this product and decided to give it a go. Voila!!! after a few days the RLS was gone?? I experimented a couple of times just to make sure it was the electrolytes and sure enough with no electrolytes the twitching returned. Unfortunately that was not the end of the story. My Doctor said there was a real possibility of calcium overdose which would permanently damage the heart. Is there anyone expert enough to let me know about Calcium and its possible danger to the heart?Does anyone have a clear answer?Cheers from a Non Twitching Stuart
