Creatine is one of the best supplements out there, I have taken if for many years with absolutely not a single side effect.The energy this creatine powder gives is beyond belief, I am a night shift worker, working on Assembly Line, very fast paced and requiring maximum focus.I can deffinetly feel the difference when I take 1 small cup before going to work, the explosive energy, the well being they bring and not only that, but muscle size increase, but ofcouse if you want muscle mass, you have to work for it.Overall I say it again, this is one of the best and simplest brand I found, I never tried the flavour ones as I don't like taking any kind of colourants, artificial flavours or unecessary chemicals, always go for the bland and simple ones.

Having seen other reviews I was convinced this would taste terrible and only be taken during veganuary; how wrong they were! To me it's one of the tastiest protein supplements I've tried and nowhere did I experience the overpowering Tarte of peas others have mentioned. The only drawback is getting it to mix well, it can be clumpy unless you absolutely obliterate it in a shaker or blender. Overall it's a great product, I'd recommend it.

As described. Unflavoured Creatine. Of course, since it's unflavoured, the taste is not pleasant but mixed into something like a protein shake or a coffee, tastes great. I usually mix it in with my morning tea.Dissolves just fine and after 20 days of taking 5g daily (about 1 1/2 scoops), I noticed the benefits.One dislike is that the scoop included is not actually 5g, but around 3.5g. Not a massive problem but can be an inconvenience. To overcome this, I usually use 1.5 scoops.
