The bottle comes with instructions and dropper to allow you to ensure the correct dosage , which is undoubtedly nice. Also, this particular one has Vitamin K2 which is known to increase the VIT D absorption in our bodies. If you're considering buying the other option with only vit D, don't. This is a must have If you don't experience much sunlight or are facing extreme winter conditions.Keep in mind that this alone might not help as minerals are known to interact which each other, which is why is fundamental the k2 here. Anyway, ensure your magnesium levels are up as well with your vit D and you'll feel younger, healthier and pain free. Also take this with a full meal for the reasons I cited above, as this will ensure the maximum absorption of the vitamins,The smell is pleasant and I honestly believe it's the best in its field. Will buy again
