Step ladders were delivered in good time, delivery driver left packages in safe place. The step ladders are brilliant, sturdy so you don't feel wobbly when standing on the top step. The handle is brilliant for balance and with them being foldable, great for easy storage.

I bought these steps for my mother who is now in her eighties but still obsessed with cleaning. "No speck nor spiderweb shall darken my house whilst I still have the strength to dust" is her motto. My brother and I live some distance away and so visit rarely, she looks after herself. She intended to clean out her huge, floor to ceiling wardrobes in her "Guest Room" but was worried about climbing a ladder. So I bought her this little set of steps. My wife and I travelled down for the weekend last weekend and noticing the steps in a cupboard I asked her what she thought of them. Instead of answering she ordered "Come with me", took me to the "guest room" bade me open the wardrobes and search for some dust. Needless to say I found none. (I didnt really look to be honest). The point of this story is; She told me that the steps were a godsend, sturdy but reasonably lightweight and easy to carry even with her arthritis, that they felt safe to stand on even when moving around cleaning and were also easy to retract and return to the cupboard for easy storage. My mothers final words on the subject before the conversation moved onto "do you know what Betty told me?" was.... "I wish I had a set of these years ago, there would have been no stopping me". Exactly what she meant by that I do not know. I assumed that she meant she would have dusted everything in sight but you never really know do you.........

I am in my late 70s and wanted steps that I felt safe on . These are brilliant I can now climb up to my top cupboards and feel completely safe. Great value for money and very sturdy. Also fold very flat for easy storage.
