Once installed, the light works well and detects people approaching it fairly well. Still comes on when it is light though.The two mounting holes are close together and don't hold it well against a rough brick surface(as I have!). Also, you need to hold the two front panel mounting bolts in place(with glue or tape) otherwise you won't be able to get the nuts attached when the bolts get pushed back.There is no spare room inside for any surplus cable on the supply wiring and as the cable entry is small and tight this makes final assembly tricky, but not impossible.

I decided to buy a PIR outside light after years of manually turning on outside lights at night and then forgetting to turn them off and they’ve been on all day. This one is perfect. My electrician husband fitted it and he found it “a bit of a pain” to install but once installed it looked very smart. It took a few attempts to get the adjustments right (at first the distance it covered included the road so it was picking up cars on the road and switching on). Now adjusted it only picks up our driveway and garden. Another slight adjustment was needed to alter the amount of time it stays lit after being activated. These adjustments are simple to do by lifting the flap on the front of the light and using a small screwdriver to turn the button slightly. So you can really set it to whatever you want. The product recommended 7w GU10 LEDs which I couldn’t find but bought two 4.2w GU10 LED bulbs (daylight not warm white) from my local home store for £4 and they are really bright. My neighbour has since asked where we bought out light from and he has now ordered one!

Fast delivery. Easy to fit and works perfectly. I knew this, but please note, they come without bulbs. I have no hesitation in recommending these lights.

Nice looking product and lights up a previously dim doorway and up lights nicely as well. However only 3 stars due to (as others have stated) a flimsy wall mount and poor waterproof seal. Also the two 'captive' bolts are too short meaning a nightmare trying to get the thing fixed to the wall, I got one to just about grip and then spent ages trying to tease the other one out enough to grip the nut (the waterproof seal means the bolt just wants to push back in too deep to get that cursed nut on). After dropping said nut for the 5 time from my ladder position I very nearly pulled the thing off the wall! It did eventually go on thankfully. If I fit this type again, I shall source longer bolts before I start.

Deswegen bin ich bei dieser Lampe hängen geblieben.Design ist TOP und als leuchtmittel kann man GU10 Birnen (Auch LEDs) nehmen und Bewegungsmelder ist einstellbar. Also Sensorempfindlichkeit , Leuchtdauer und ab welcher Helligkeit das ganze funktioniert. Soweit alles schön. Das Anschliessen gestaltet sich ein wenig schwierig, da wenig Platz im Gehäuse ist.★ Pro- schickes Design- Auswechselbares Leuchtmittel (nicht enthalten)✩ Kontra- wenig Platz beim Anschluss im Gehäuse⭐️ FazitFür einen guten Preis bekommt man eine Lampe die alles hat. Mit nur kleinen Abstrichen.

Au top! Je l'ai installé dans le couloir de l'escalier qui mène au sous sol. Ça éclair super bien, le detecteur est impeccable. La couleur est identique à la photo, alu légèrement brossé, c'est beau.
