My dog had been suffering with allergies in the pads of her paws, and after many visits to the vet I thought I would give this a go. Her paws were sore after any walk and would be inflamed and tender leaving her limping. After using this and some meds her paws seem to be healing really well. I use a couple of capfuls mixed with water to a make a foot soak for her and wash them after her walks. I researched and seen that iodine was was good for a variety of allergies /irritation in dogs paws and this has helped definitely. Big bottle which will last me a while but make sure you keep it in a plastic bag because it's a bit messy from the cap. Would buy again and good value for money.

Battles Iodine is useful for minor cuts & grazes in equines. It is messy stuff to use though & iodine stains badly so rubber gloves might be useful when using it. It seems to be good strength. I give 4 stars because I had great difficulty in breaking the seal of the plastic top. It should twist off but I had to use something to lever along the 'dotted' line. Pouring some into a spray was also messy & a funnel would save a lot of spillage. A good buy & I would recommend it for general purpose around farm or stable.

Does just what it says on the container, use it for grass burns and small cuts etc..... dries out the wound lovely. 1 product that can be used for a multitude of problems around the house, dog wounds, horses and cows and your own cut and grazes. Cheap and fast shipment.
