When it comes to gentlemen's grooming products, Nivea and Gillette are by far the best double act by some distance. This I know to be true, based on many decades of experience using the products. For me no other grooming brands come into my field of vision.For a satisfying shave it is also essential to use a good quality sharp razor, have plenty of hot water and use a good quality soft warm towel (preferably 700GSM) followed by Nivea Post Shave Balm. All this is essential and helps to complete the grooming experience.Whether you choose to use shaving Gel, shaving Cream or shaving Foam each product is rich, thick and creamy. I've always managed at least 50 shaves, since very little to required for a really good lather.All this while listening to classical music on BBC Radio Three. For me it is the best way to start the day, followed by a really good continental breakfast. A civilised way to live.
