There is something about the smooth lines of a Maglite that makes it stand out among the flashlights of other brands. This specific model holds three batteries and is the sweet spot for me: not too small, not too big or heavy. The beam is bright and I have not noticed the brightness going down although I have had the flashlight for several months now. The on/off button is simple and sturdy and does what it is supposed to do: just switching the light on and off without any funky intermediate functions (half-brightness or strobe) that I never use. I love it!

If you’re after a torch then look no further! It’s expensive but 100% worth it. 10 year warranty as standard. The beam is amazing, I can see trees two fields away from my house, absolutely incredible. Easy to change the settings and looks and feels top quality.

Nothing fancy but good solid reliability. This is the second Maglite torch I've had to buy; the first only lasted 30 years! (And that died because I forgot to change the batteries and they were solid stuckin the barrel.)
