Their vetbal response to their gift has been, "Cool!".The 20L a perfect size as a multipurpose day-pack.The fabric quality of the bsckpack looks good and feels durable.The shoulder straps are comfortable, with a chest clip to prevent the shoulder straps rolling off the shoulder, especially when cycling.NB There is no buckled waist/hip belt which is really only necessary on a larger backpack when carrying heavier gear.I'm glad I chose this Berghaus backpack because of its quality, price, and a brand that is well respected by those who are 'fashion conscious'.

A great size for a work bag. Holds a 15" laptop snuggly. Very comfortable to carry. Chest strap is non removable but does adjust. One main compartment, two smaller zip pockets and a key holder which works well. Able to carry all I need for a day at work including lunch and coffee brewing kit.

These rucksacks are a good size, with good zips, and made of strong material. The straps are comfortable and secure. There's a good array of pockets and side pockets are especially useful for water bottles, thus freeing space inside (and having the bottles within easy reach)Things to be aware of:The padding is okay, but you may need to position the contents if any have sharp edges so they're not digging in your back.The clip strap that fits over your chest isn't the best in terms of positioning, so you'll probably have to fiddle with the strap length to get it right. But as most rucksacks are a "one size fits all" design, this is to be expected.They'll lose their lustre once they get muddy and are cleaned a couple of times, but this isn't a big deal unless you're using them for multiple purposes (e.g. for work as well as walk).A good reliable rucksack though, and ticks all the boxes. Recommended.

Light but looks & feels well made...comfy when walking.I would have prefered stabilising front strap to be lower down, but doesnt seem to matter much.Its 20 litre, so roomy, but not the biggest.Good value for the money, so recomended.

Great back pack !!! Bought to give my son - he uses it for work - he sent me a photo of it in the shared locker - it sat among 5 other identical bags ! That goes to show how popular this back pack is ! The price is fantastic ! Durability superb !!!Comfortable ! Enough space for lunch box , bottled water & more !!! Bought to replace the one he had of similar Bra d - as it had been stolen - the rat !!!

Tasche: una interna in alto con classica zip, ci sta portafoglio Moleschin e foglietti vari. Dentro è diviso in due comodissimi scomparti.. in pratica all'interno c'è un'altra tasca capiente e spaziosa. Più una tasca esterna davanti con zip e due taschette laterail una per ogni lato . Molto comoda la doppia zip principale con due laccetti. Infine la qualità....davvero OTTIMA si percepisce solidità, cura nei materiali e alta qualità. Lo "schienale" più rigido della media seppur morbido non fa afflosciare su se steso lo zaino. laccetti e fascette qua e là per appendere/legare/agganciare qualsiasi cosa. Molto utile per il lavoro (urban) e anche per gite e uscite anche outdoor (ovviamente per tenere pile kway acqua e panini occorre almeno 30L.CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Berghaus TOP!!!
