After reading an article two months ago re this product I decided to try it for arthritis ( especially in hands etc). The article stated that this chondroitn sulphate is as effective as an NSAID. Having taken this together with a high strength Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg for a few weeks there is some improvement in pain and movement. To feel the most benefit one should take these supplements for a few months to know properly the success. I shall keep taking them and see what happens.
