For 17 years - 6 months of every year I have had to clear moisture from my windows. I live in a bungalow and the main bedroom has two narrow windows on one wall, a larger window on the opposite wall and a large bay window. A slightly drop in temperature and moisture would appear on the windows. Very cold weather would leave the windows dripping in condensation and fast as I cleared the windows the condensation would appear again. Black mould would appear in all corners of the bungalow so each month I would paint neat bleach on these areas to prevent the mould growing. I bought a dehumidifier for the property and although this would remove a significant amount of moisture from the building it did nothing to prevent moisture on all the windows and it has proven expensive to use. I would open all the windows in the property to create air flow but again no difference. My husband and I decided to research the matter further having seen an advert online for a particular device to remove condensation from properties. We landed on the advert for the Drimaster device and was absolutely amazed at the number of 5 star reviews for this product. It was reasonably priced and seemed to be easy to install. So, in the words of another reviewer, we decided to "bite the bullet" and purchase this product. We ordered it one day and it arrived the next day! My husband fitted it over 2 days - we had to adjust the fan as we had it set too high and we could feel the cold air flow but apart from that - easy! Luckily the fan was operational on what was the coldest night of the year when I would have expected the windows to be dripping but the windows were absolutely bone dry. My husband was not convinced as he could not see how this device could work but after several days of cold weather he is coming round! The device is mounted on the rafter in the loft, there is no noise, costs 1p per day to run and there is the added bonus of the air being filtered before it is pushed through the building - good in my case as I suffer with asthma and already I have noticed an improvement in in the air. The temperature in the bungalow is down by about 1 degree however this is a small price to pay for a dry building. I can highly recommend this product - wish I had found it sooner - added bonus - British Made!!!

The product does what it says. It has cleared all condensation upstairs in every room and has also stopped all mold in bathroom. We don’t have to leave windows open anymore or use the Karcher to clear any water away! One piece of advice I will give is that make sure you have the wire that controls the settings. Ours was missing and we only realised after it had been installed. It was put on the highest setting and our landing was very cold and we can also hear the fan in every room.We contacted Bolo customer service who were amazing and helped us sort out the issue. Also if you have any problems the seller was also fabulous at sorting them out quickly and efficiently.Very pleased with the product. Would recommend!

My home is 120+ years and has single layer brick walls. This means they get very cold in the winter. Most of the chimneys in the house have been removed so there isn't as much air flow as there should be. Due to condensation, we were constantly getting mould issues. Every morning all the windows would be soaked and sometimes some of the walls would feel wet.The theory of the Drimaster as I understand it: The air in your home absorbs moisture over time from your breath, cooking, drying washing etc. If you don't have enough air flow in the house the moisture builds up which raises the dewpoint of the air. This is the temperature at which condensation will form. If you have cold surfaces below the dewpoint in the house, for example: external walls or windows, condensation will form on these surfaces. The damp will encourage mould to grow. The Drimaster pulls dry air in from the loft and forces it through the house which pushes the damp air out through trickle vents and any other route out of the house it can find. After installing the Drimaster we have had no condensation on the upstairs windows or any of the walls. Previously we would need to dry the windows with a towel every morning and open all the windows for 15 mins. The downstairs windows still get some condensation but much less then previously. I've had this installed for month and the mould hasn't returned.A negative is that the landing feels like there is a bit a draft when you walk underneath the unit but it is a small price to pay vs drying windows every morning and removing mould.I currently have the unit set to speed 3 which may be a little fast for the size of my house. I'll consider slowing this down to experiment with reducing the draft.Installation was easy. Use the template to mark out a good spot on the landing ceiling between the joists. I did this from the loft. I used a plasterboard saw to cut out the hole which was a little rough but the bevel from the diffuser covers the edges. You then fit the bevel, hang the unit from a loft beam and connect the two with the supplied ducting. Electrical connection is simple. I just picked mine up from the loft light circuit. They provide a fused spur which is handy. The Drimaster is quite big so it's worth looking at the dimensions of the bevel and the fan before buying to make sure it will fit where you want it.I didn't bother with the heater or the remote controller version.
