I’ve used it since 3 weeks post op and it’s helped wake my muscles back up from muscle wastage and I am using it on other parts of my body too. It had a pain relief mode massage mode muscle atrophy rehab mode and fitness plus more I haven’t used yet but I am impressed.

The Compex FIT 3.0 CO1 is excellent both for relaxation and for building muscles. Keeps you in shape like a visit to the gym, but better, at your home or wherever you need it since it's travel-friendly. I highly recommed it!

Muy bueno para rehabilitación y eliminación de dolor
En el traumatólogo y el fisioterapeuta me recomendaron Compex por el tipo de onda eléctrica que emite (aparentemente no todas son iguales). Tuve la suerte de encontrarlo a 270€ durante unas horas en Bolo en vez de al precio usual (310-350€ a momento actual) por lo que estoy muy contento con la adquisición.En cuanto al contenido del paquete:-Compex fit 3-Cuatro cables con dos polaridades cada uno-Cuatro paquetes de díodos autoadhesivos (muy autoadhesivos y de adhesivo muy duradero): cuatro rectangulares y 8 cuadrados. Esencialmente todo lo que necesitas para que dos personas tengan su propio juego. Si el adhesivo se acaba puedes optar por ponerte los díodos con cintas de velcro (sólo valdría para piernas o brazos, claro).-Manual de uso rápido, folleto de garantía y CD con manuales en PDF multilenguaje.-Dos posters con los programas compex y sus posturas/colocación de los díodos (los de todos los compex, no sólo los del fit 3).-Cable de sensor MI-Pack de batería. Son cuatro pilas AA unidas entre sí en una carcasa de plástico. Puedes comprar recambios por unos 50€ el pack.-Cargador. El aparato tarda en cargarse unas 3 horas.-Bolsa. La bolsa tiene múltiples bolsillos de manera que te caben todos los materiales dentro.El compex fit 3 tiene 20 programas en total y creo que están más enfocados al usuario doméstico que al deportista de alto nivel. Tienes 9 programas de fitness, 8 de anti-dolor, 1 de rehabilitación y 2 de masaje/recuperación. Me está yendo muy bien para el tratamiento de mi cuadriceps y a mi mujer, que inicialmente no tenía pensado usarlo, le está yendo de categoría para tratar su hernia: un par de sesiones de masaje y ya no le duele la espalda tanto.No sé cuánto durará la batería antes de la primera recarga pero llevo seis sesiones de 30 minutos cada una y el aparato me sigue marcando las cuatro rallas de carga.La intensidad es regulable y puedes elegir entre prácticamente no enterarte a más o menos la misma potencia de un aparato de fisioterapia.Los display son bastante cómicos. Un monigote al más puro estilo maquinita de videojuegos de los 80 te indica lo que se está haciendo en cada momento. Así mismo, una música de sintetizador ochentero a tono con la pantalla, se enciende triunfal cuando se termina el programa.Lo único malo es que no se puede conectar a la corriente eléctrica (lo cual se hace para evitar riesgo de electrocución). y que es complicado encontrar los programas que tiene este compex (hay un pdf por ahí que compara los de todos los compex).
