I have symptoms similar to IBS C and D but I’m pretty sure it’s related to the prescription medications I take AND the fact that I no longer have a gallbladderI started taking one of these before every meal/eating. When it got to a point where I felt like they were possibly making me constipated (after about two weeks) I reduced it to two a day. I’m now at a point where I mostly take just one a day before my main meal. But I increase it if symptoms are returning - following periods of stress etc.I try to take it about 15 mins before eating. But it also seems to work ok when I take one during a meal.It’s also helping with my indigestion and acid reflux.It’s been life changing to be honest. That sounds like hyperbole I know…but it’s made a big difference to my quality of life more than anything else I’ve tried.Re Gallbladder related issues - the things that help me most are;- Eating at regular intervals- Keeping each meal under a total of 10g of fat. That includes ‘good’ fat btw. No gallbladder means the body can no longer differentiate between good and bad fats. Which sucks as most vegan protein sources include a high amount of fat. I’m not vegan but I do try to minimise my meat intake. And I’m allergic to animal milk.- Taking a mega probiotic of some sort 30 minutes before breakfast.When I adhere to the above I can drop my daily dose of Lansoprazole. Gaviscon Advance is the only other thing that helps in a similar way to Lansoprazole. Nothing works as well as it, BUT it impedes calcium absorption so due to my age - I’m mostly ‘done’ with the extremes of the menopause - my GP was unhappy about me taking it. Back in pre Covid times when you could see a GP…At no point did any of the medics I saw during my major gallbladder related sagas tell me what the consequences of not having a GB would be…Hope some of this helps someone. Give these a go. I tried various other digestive enzyme blends but these work the best. I suspect some of their efficacy is due to the fact that they don’t fill their pills with masses of unnecessary fillers. I tend to stick to this brand for most of the supplements I take.Good luck!

Have been taking this product for a while and as they are expensive I was pleased to find a competitive price. Rated taste lower just because they have a slightly strange smell but can be swallowed quickly and so not a great problem.The main thing is they work well to calm digestive issues.

I brought these as I have IBS and am pregnant so was really struggling with digestive issues. I was getting diarrhoea and sickness/nausea after Eatting.These tablets are a game changer. I take one before eatting a meal and they have made pretty much all my ibs and nausea go away. It took a good week before I saw the big difference but we'll worth the wait. I started by taking one with each meal and now if I have a small meal I won't have one and just have them with dinner or if I have a bigger meal.Real game changer for me. I feel soooooo much better

I had to stop taking prescribed medication for acid reflux and heartburn and was worried that my symptoms would return. Gave these capsules a try and I am happy to say that I have not suffered from this complaint (except occasionally and mildly) since using these. I did not really expect them to work as well as they apparently have. I take one capsule first thing in the morning with a glass of water, about 20 minutes before breakfast, and one before my main biggest meal of the day. I would not want to stop them. The only negatives are that the capsules are a bit strong tasting and rather large, which some people may have an issue with swallowing. And the price is rather expensive. But for me, worth it. They seem to help with my IBS as well.

Really happy with my puchase. Product is easy to swallow, and seem to help my digestive issues as ive seen an improvement, heartburn and burping is reduced , still early days but happy so far. Will be buying again. Quality products good value for money

I suffered from chronic constipation my entire life. I'd be lucky to go once a week. Sometimes it would be once every two weeks. Someone recommended these to me and after using these for a year or so with a combination of magnesium citrate capsules I'm now going nearly everyday sometimes twice a day. Amazing stuff and worth the price.
