The gas service engineer advised the condensate drain from the boiler should be insulated. I had to buy and install stand-off pipe clips as a precursor to installing this lagging. Cuts very easily with a sharp craft knife.After installing the lagging used water proof tape to seal joints and secure lagging. A good product delivered in easily handled lengths.

Bought this product as it is to cover an existing pipe/cable, but the slit is more of a scoring down the edge of the lagging - in order to use, a sharp knife has to go down each length to create the split, a time consuming job. I measure the so called slit, it is 1.5mm scoring instead.Please be accurate in describing items for sale
