OIl additives are a very tricky subject , some people love them others say they are snake oil.About four years ago my Mitsibishi L200 (an engine prone to oil pump / crank bearing failure) would start fine but the oil light would take about four to five seconds to go off. I did the usual things ; oil pressure switch , correct grade of oil and oil filter with a non return valve, still the same.I had heard of this stuff and thought I would try it, the result was instant and very surprising.The oil light went out straight away , the vehicle has now done 143,000 miles on a 04 plate , used for work not a "toy" and on the original engine.Now to be fair as the mileage has gone up so has the amount required , but its still much cheaper than a new engine.If you have oil pressure problems it is worth a go , clearly this is a stop gap procedure but as mentioned a "proper" rebuilt engine is not cheap
