I had paid £800 for the dentist version and it was fine until I had a crown fitted. Then it was very uncomfortable and caused pressure which I believe eventually cracked that tooth. Therefore started looking for cheaper options and this one had good reviews (outside Bolo). It was easy to fit and feels very comfortable. I expect it will work for a longer period than the expensive version from dentist because you can adjust it should your teeth change shape.

Been using this for a few years now. Much thinner than the ones from the dentist which means its more comfy and helps reduce teeth grinding as it fits in the mouth better. However, it does NOT last 6 months. I am a moderate to heavy teeth grinder and use it every night. It normally lasts around 3-4 months before it starts to fall apart. Probably because it isn't as big and bulky as the professional dentist ones so it is a trade off. Nonetheless it is still the best option and I continue to buy them to protect my teeth!

They do the job and work out @bout the same as a dentist age guard which lasts a longer but costs hundreds! Tricky to get used to moulding this, we’ve found moulding over our lower teeth rather than upper teeth easier and a better fit/ more comfortable. Does stop you grinding your teeth, last about 2months.

so i brought this thinking it would help until i went to the dentist or even make do for the short period iv so far notice i clench my teeth. moulding it is hard, glad for the mould guide as it doe helo to gt a closer fit but its not close enough, the whole thing does not stay on at all.. waste of money in my opion, you mise well try the boil forming cheaper options that you might get with a whitening kit.. .

I found this product easy to use ( especially compared to another mouth guard i purchased). The mouth guard moulded to my teeth fairly quickly after warming it up in warm water ( as per instructions) and has not lost its shape or worn away after several months of using. I use a denture cleaning tablet to clean/sterilise the mouth guard twice a week and would buy the product again

I’ve been struggling with teeth grinding for years to have reached to the level where I would wake up and have to remove broken teeth parts from my mouth. I couldn’t eat for one hour after waking up because of the grinding all night.Today this product has arrived then I slept after I got it. It was a sleep to remember.Highly recommend if you have teeth grinding problems.

I have tried sooo many different mouth guards for my TMJ and teeth grinding. This is by far the BEST one I've used. The bottom is thick and firm and the top is soft. The size is perfect for me (40 and a mouth the size of a kid). I especially love the fitting tray, it makes it a little easier to mold the guard.

Llevo 25 años usando guarda dental para dormir. Siempre había usado hechas a medida con el dentista. Pero como ésta cuesta 4 o 5 veces menos decidí probar.La experiencia fue estupenda. Siguiendo las indicaciones, que son muy sencillas, la guarda se amolda a los dientes superiores fácil y correctamente. La sensación de ajuste es como las de dentista.La recibí hace muy poco, ahora habrá que ver su durabilidad pero la sensación del material es buena y tengo confianza que durará bastante tiempo.
