worked better than expected for such a ow-cost item, and was well made and robust -- with a versatile range of business-ends. If there's any criticism it might be that the ear-piece pressure is a little high but a) I have a big head, and b) it does ensure a good seal to the ear-canals.

These hurt my ears, they are obviously never going to be good quality with being cheap but I struggle to hear anything through them as they are very painful to keep in my ears.

I recently bought this stethoscope, thinking it would help me channel my inner doctor. Little did I know, it’s more of a "stethoscope of disappointment." I mean, it couldn’t even hear a heartbeat if the heart were out of the body!I tried it out on my toddler’s toy chest, hoping to diagnose why it was constantly spilling Legos everywhere. I placed the stethoscope on the toy chest, and instead of a heartbeat, I heard... nothing. Just a quiet void, which felt suspiciously like my hopes and dreams.Determined, I moved on to my dog, thinking perhaps she had a secret life as a superhero with a hidden heartbeat. Nope! Just a series of confused barks, which honestly felt like she was mocking my medical aspirations.At this point, I was convinced I had bought a glorified ear trumpet. If you’re looking for a stethoscope that can’t seem to pick up anything resembling a heartbeat—unless you’re in a horror movie where the heart is literally beating out of someone—this is the one for you!In short, if you want to play doctor, stick to using your fingers for a pulse check. At least those are reliable! This stethoscope might be better suited for someone who’s not actually trying to hear anything. Cheers to the world of pretend medicine!
