These be complex tablets helped me immensely. My B12 levels were just at minimum so the GP did not want to give treatment. So I started taking these myself and my B12 levels have gone up really nicely and I feel so much better. They are nice small tablets. Affordable. Good amounts of vitamin in each tablet. I now have them on repeat.
