Why did you choose this product over others?:Arrived fast — impressive service. I’ve started taking it alongside my gym supplements , and the formula really covers everything I need: B-complex, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, and even extras like grape seed extract and digestive enzymes.The pills are a bit big but easy to manage. Great value for the number of nutrients inside.Posting the full content label for anyone curious — it’s stacked. ✅ Highly recommended for anyone lifting or just looking to stay on top of their nutrition.

I've been buying these for years, and they keep removing ingredients that made it so good when I first started taking these. korean ginseng and ginkgo biloba as main examples which really made a difference, and now I have to buy these separately.

I was looking for a months worth of vitamins prepping a training cycle and always remember My proteins ALPHA MALE being a pretty solid option with a vitamin base along with numerous botanical extracts including Nettle Leaf, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Korean Ginseng, Royal Jelly, Ginko and Co Enzyme Q10 offering a lot of cover - all these are still listed in the ingredients.So imagine my disgust when I purchase this product and receive a massively stripped product with only one of these ingredients!#rip Alpha Male - unfortunately the product is no better than any entry level drugstore option. May as well go to Boots or Holland and Barrett to buy one of the products My Protein was originally head and shoulders above.Another victim of top down reorganization and financialism like so many once reputable brands!MyProtein haven't even bothered to maybe improve the quality of the fewer remaining ingredients so gone are the days where a full serving was 4 decent sized pills perfect for splitting morning and afternoon now you just get 2 shrunken pellets - maybe they ought to consider changing the name to "beta male" ?A real disappointment for long time customers and MyProtein fansThe Tories may be dead and buried in the UK but their legacy lives in a generation of upper crust spivs and penny pinchers

Grundsätzlich sehr gut. Es handelt sich hierbei um Tabletten mit einer sehr hohen Vitaminkonzentration. Zur dauerhaften Einnahme sind sie, denke ich, nicht geeignet. Aber in Schwächephasen und Phasen in denen man sich müde und angeschlagen fühlt, helfen die Alpha Men Tabletten dabei, das Immunsystem zu unterstützen.Die angegebene Verzehrempfehlung ist meines Erachtens viel zu hoch. Eine Tablette am Tag ist absolut ausreichend, Von der Wirkung kann man zunächst mal sagen, dass eine Wirkung spürbar ist. Bereits am ersten Tag wandelt sich die Farbe des Urins zu neongelb. Nach ein paar Tagen Einnahme fühlt man sich definitiv wacher. Auch habe ich die Tabletten genommen, als ich das Gefühl hatte krank zu werden. Nach ein paar Tagen gingen die Halsschmerzen weg und ich bekam kein Fieber. Ob das Zufall war oder wirklich an den Alpha Men Tabletten lag, kann ich jedoch nicht sagen. Was ist außerdem noch festgestellt habe, ist, dass die Haut nach ein paar Tagen der Einnahme reiner wird.Was ich wirklich super finde, sind die pflanzlichen Stoffe, die den Tabletten beigegeben sind: Ginseng, Ginko etc.Zu beanstanden habe ich lediglich, die meiner Meinung nach übertriebene Dosierung der Vitamine und die große Tablettengröße. Nach mehreren Anläufen schafft man es zwar die Tablette sprichwörtlich runterzuwürgen, angenehm ist die Einnahme aber absolut nicht.+ spürbare Wirkung+ zusätzlich pflanzliche Inhaltsstoffe- übertriebene Dosierung- Tablettengröße
