Very wonderful nipple cream. It helped to soothe my nipple cracks and aided healing too . Now I use it as a lip gloss too because it keeps my lips moisturised and soft .

I had some issues at the start with breast feeding and it lead to me being very sore and cracked. As soon as I started using this there was an immediate and noticeable difference. I have tried other brands and I kept coming back to this one every time. If I ever have another baby I will be stocking up on this before hand!USAGEIf you haven't used anything like this before then it can take a little getting used to as, to me, it's not like a cream or lotion but more like a balm. In the beginning trying to spread that over sore and cracked skin was a little painful so I just daubed it on and gently dabbed it into place rather than using a spreading motion. By the time I came to reapply after a couple of hours I noticed that the skin was softer and therefore didn't pull as much, so reapplication became a lot easier and less painful - please bear in mind I was in a really bad way.It had a pleasant smell to it and after reading on the back that it could be used for dry lips I would use any of the excess on my finger on my lips. I was quite impressed, not sure why as that's the sole purpose of this stuff is to soften the skin and aid healing, but it did mean that I could at least look after my lips while being sleep deprived.BABYMy baby didn't seem to mind the texture, taste or smell while feeding, it didn't seem to bother him at all that I was using it and it is not harmful to the baby either so there is no need to wipe away before feeding. I would try to make sure that I applied AFTER I had fed just so my baby had a minimal amount to ingest and mainly that it would have the max amount of time to work.

Really good quality cream that doesn't need wiping off however, I wasn't sure if it was natural and then panicked so had to go researching. It should probably be clearly stated on the product.
