I had a terrible insfestation of gnats (tiny black flies) and theirs larvae (tiny, thin, white worms, like minuscule intenstinal worms 🤮) in all of my house plants. I have tried plant pesticides from Wilko but none ever yelded any results at all. I have had those plants for many years and these gnats always keep coming back with any kind of new soild that I use; I tried a big range of soils but neither ever came free from these pests and the flies would spawn in a matter of days, and - before long - my room would be swarming with them; no matter how many I kill there are always new spawning from the pots.I decided to test this concentrate so I bought it along with a soil "topper" (fine white powder to cover the top of the soil with (only a centimeter is necessary, at most)). I diluted 10ml into 1L of water (as directed in the instructions) and thoroughly sprayed all of my plant pots (the soil, not the plant itself). I had to dilute one more time as I wanted to really get a nice "soak" that penetrated deep into the soil as the larvae pretty much infest the entire pot (not just the top layer). Then, I covered all plants with a thinish layer of topper for maximal results and also sprayed the topper with the dilution to get it soaked and let it stick to the surface (looks like ciment but its like a super soft mush). After I was done, I stuck a fly-catching carton in all pots and left my plants be. It took a few days for me to completely stop seeing flies. The results of this procedure were immediate and since the moment of completion I have only seen 3 or so flies which are now dead also 🫠. I am satisfied. I dont see any signs of activity in my plat pots and I can, more or less, conclude that the infestation has been dealt with. Luckily, I bought 250ml of the concetrate so I have another 23 spray bottles worth of mix for the future (1 would probably last a good while since you only need to spray lightly after watering to maintain the "toxic environment" for the gnats to never approach again. Im happy.By the way, on my photo you can see the last remnant of the lineage, in the corner 😅.

Used this yesterday and today there are no gnats around my plants so seems to have worked well so far. Instructions on how to use were clear although how to dispose of left over product was not. I was confused as it says on the bottle not to dispose down the drain yet it says to dispose of any left over in the bottle and wash the bottle out but it doesn’t say where you can dispose it. You also need an empty spray bottle to put it in as it says to spray it on.

Spent weeks faffing around with all the cheaper, natural ways to try and control fungus gnats in my houseplants, don't bother! They just got worse and eventually spread around the house. Finally got so fed up bought this and one dose and saw a dramatic difference, almost all gone within a couple of hours.Will warn you the bottle doesn't give instructions for fungus gnats so just went for the middle amount. Might need to give a second spray in a week or so but I'm happy!Does seem like a lot of money compared to other methods and seems a lot when used so little of the bottle but in my opinion definitely worth the money and doesn't seem to have affected the plants.

This seemed to quickly kill the population, but they’ve since come back and the population has boomed, even with frequent applications in all of my indoor pots. It’s a losing battle I think.

This has been an absolute lifesaver!!!!!For ages I have had healthy plants with a fungus problem. I thought that the tiny flies I had been seeing constantly around the house was fruit flies. I purchased a house plant bug spray from B&Q and it did nothing. Within the same day this has meant that I haven't seen a single fly buzzing around. There has been a collection of them on the ground and around the plant, but they're all dead.The flies wouldn't have bothered me so much if they hadn't of been flying right in front of my face.You will get approximately 12.5 litres of spray out of this. I used 10ml per 500ml and it has been absolutely wonderful. Really wish I had found this sooner.

I had fungus gnats coming from 2 plants in my bathroom. They were everywhere and really annoying. 1 soaking of the soil, stems and leaves with this and they were virtually gone. Used again 48hrs later and i haven’t seen 1 since. Well worth the money. Brilliant!
