I have bought 4 of these recently as I wanted to add locks to my rooms. I am very happy with the purchase overall. Bit tricky to install so best to get a professional, as the lock is quite large.

Item installed very easily with good quality construction. Item arrived with a missing faceplate but call to Yale sent out missing part very promptly.Good product and service all round.

Purchased an "as new" on Bolo Warehouse. Lock arrived with no keys, no screws and no key covers.Who checks these in Bolo Warehouse before dispatch? 2 year olds.The lock itself seems of good quality, nice solid construction. A pity about the keys and accessories.
